If you are not satisfied with your product/products, you have 14 days since received date to exercise your right to return. To return the product, it has to be in perfect condition (not used, modified or damaged) and on his original packaging. The products must have been bought through the online Bowser Bcn shop.
The shipping costs will be paid by the customer except for the cases where there’s manufacturing damages, size errors made by Bowser or transport damages. In this case, you will have to communicate it as soon as possible and send us a picture of the fault or error.
How to do a return
- Please get in contact with our customer service through our contact form .
- Please give us your order number, personal contact information, the reason, and specify the products you want to exchange or return. You will find it on the order confirmation email.
- You will receive a confirmation email after verifying the returns expiry date. We will give you our warehouse’s address for the shipment.
- Send the package to our warehouse using any shipping method. Please take into account you will be paying for the return shipment.
Once we have received the wares, and after verifying the product integrity, we will re-send the clothes you want to exchange or return the products’ cost (Except initial delivery cost). We will use the same payment method used on the original order (Paypal, Bizum or card). Card payments might take 2-7 days depending on the bank.
